A spiced chai refresher with notes of tropical mango.

Ingredients

4 oz milk (dairy or plant-based)

4 oz Chai tea concentrate

1 tsp cardamom pods

1 cinnamon stick

1 tsp ginger, grated

2 oz Dole Chef-Ready Cuts Mango Cubes

5 oz ice (as needed, optional)

Directions

  1. Heat milk with chai concentrate, cardamom pods, cinnamon sticks, and ginger until mixture starts to boil.
  2. Remove from heat and strain.
  3. Add mango cubes to serving cup and pour chai mixture over top. Serve hot or iced.
