
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted almonds, roasted
1 cup unsalted Macadamia nuts
¼ cup fennel seeds
¼ poppy seeds
1 tsp black peppercorns
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp cardamom pods
1 tsp saffron
2 cups DOLE® Chef-Ready Cuts Mango Cubes, thawed
1.5 cups water
2 tsp rose water
1 qt whole milk
½ cup sugar
½ cup mint leaves
Directions
- In a bowl add all the dry ingredients and the mango to the water and rose water and allow it to soak for at least 30 minutes, but preferably up to 8 hours.
- Add the soaked ingredients to a blender and blend until a smooth paste forms.
- Combine the paste with milk and sugar and heat gently if needed to dissolve the sugar.
- Serve chilled and garnished with mint leaves and additional diced mango if desired.
