Batrouni Lemonade Cocktail

A traditional refreshment in North Lebanon made with Dole Sweet and Sour Mix.

Ingredients

10 ea Dole Chef-Ready Cuts Lemon Wedges

5 cups DOLE® Pineapple Juice or Pineapple Light

2 ½ cups orange blosson water

20 oz aniseed liquor

ice, as needed

3 cups sparkling water

mint sprig, for garnish

Directions

  1. In a bowl, juice lemons and keep juiced wedges aside for service.
  2. Place a couple wedges, along with 1 oz fresh juice in a bar tumbler.

  3. Add 4 oz pineapple juice, 2 oz orange blossom water, 2 oz aniseed liquor, and ice and shake for 1 minute.
  4. Pour into serving glass and top with sparkling water and mint sprig for garnish.
