1 oz Dole® Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Dragon Fruit
½ oz crème de violette
½ oz lemon juice, from Dole IQF Lemon Wedges
1 ½ oz dry gin
ice, as needed
Directions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add all ingredients and shake for 20-30 seconds.
- Pour into martini glass. Garnish as desired.
