Ingredients

2 oz. white rum

2 oz. DOLE Canned Pineapple Juice

1 oz. tamarind nectar

2 oz. coconut water

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

½ cup DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Dragon Fruit

1 for garnish pineapple wedge

1 for garnish orange slice

1 for garnish lemon slice

Directions

  1. In a blender combine rum, pineapple juice, tamarind nectar, coconut water, lemon juice and dragon fruit and blend until smooth.

  2. Serve with Pineapple wedge, Lemon slice and Orange slice for garnish.
