(Mediterranean 2020 Pairings) (Mango Limonana) A refreshing fruit beverage infused with mango and mint.

1.2 ounces mint leaves
7-½ cups prepared lemonade
6 Tablespoons granulated sugar
10 Tablespoons DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Mango Cubes thawed
5 cups mango puree
as needed crushed ice
7-½ cups Mint lemonade sub-recipe
10 each mint sprigs
To Prepare Mint Lemonade:
1. Add 1.2 oz. mint leaves, prepared lemonade and granulated sugar into a blender and process until well combined.
2. Pour mint lemonade through a fine mesh strainer, discarding the solids.
3. Store covered in refrigerator until ready to use.
To Serve:
1. To prepare one drink, pour ½ cup of mango purée into the bottom of a 12 oz glass.
2. Fill the glass with crushed ice and pour ¾ cup of mint lemonade on top.
3. Garnish with 1 tablespoon of mango cubes and 1 mint sprig.
