Mango and Chia Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

1-½ cups Dole Chef-Ready Cuts Mango Cubes, divided

½ cup Dole Chef-Ready Cuts Sliced Bananas

2 tbsp chia seeds divided

3 tbsp almond or coconut milk

1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes

1 tbsp plain granola

Directions

  1. Add 1 cup mango cubes, banana slices, chia seeds and milk to a blender. Cover; blend on low, scrape down sides as needed blending until smooth. Tip: if needed for smooth consistency, add a little more milk as needed.  

  2. Scoop smoothie into a bowl and top with chia, coconut, granola and additional mango, as desired, enjoy immediately.
  3. Keep  left overs in freezer for up to 1 week
