1-¼ oz. blood orange-flavored vodka
1 Tbsp DOLE IQF Peach Slices, pureed
1-½ oz. DOLE Pineapple Juice or Pineapple Light
1-½ oz. moscato wine
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup fresh lime juice
2 cups water divided
1 cup sugar
Directions
- Combine vodka, peach puree and pineapple juice in shaker with ice. Cover; shake vigorously. Strain into 14 oz. glass filled with ice. Top off with moscato wine. Garnish with orange corkscrew and peach slice, if desired.
Fresh Sour Mix: Combine 1 cup fresh lemon juice, 1 cup fresh lime juice, 1 cup water and 2 cups simple sugar* in ½ gallon container. Stir until well blended. Cover; refrigerate until ready to use. Makes 5 cups.
*Simple Sugar: Combine 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water in 1 quart container. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Cover; refrigerate until ready to use. Makes 2 cups.
