Ingredients
4 oz. DOLE Pineapple Juice
1-½ cups DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Mango Cubes partially thawed
1 (½ inch) thick slice fresh ginger peeled and chopped
2 oz. fresh lime juice
2 oz. maple syrup
2-½ cups crushed ice
4 oz. dark rum
Directions
- Combine pineapple juice, mango, ginger, limes and syrup in blender container. Add ice. Cover; blend until smooth.
- Pour into chilled martini glasses rimmed with equal parts superfine bar sugar and ground ginger. Slowly add rum. Garnish with fresh pineapple leaves, if desired.
