Ingredients

1 ½ oz blanco tequila

1 oz Dole Pineapple Juice

2-3 slices jalapeño

2 each Dole IQF Lemon Wedges, squeezed and dropped

3-6 oz chilled sparkling water or Topo Chico

1 tbsp Dole Chef-Ready Cuts Pineapple Cubes, for garnish

Ice

Directions

  1. Fill a highball or Collins glass with ice.
  2. Add tequila, Dole Pineapple Juice, and jalapeño.
  3. Squeeze 1 Dole IQF Lemon Wedge over the glass and drop in.
  4. Top with sparkling water (Topo Chico preferred).
  5. Gently lift with a bar spoon once. Do not stir aggressively.
  6. Garnish with the other Dole IQF Lemon Wedge on the rim and the Dole Chef-Ready Cuts Pineapple Cubes.
