A refreshing tropical take on an avocado smoothie.

½ cup frozen DOLE IQF Tropical Gold Pineapple Chunks
½ cup frozen DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Avocados
1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice
1-½ cups coconut milk
1 Tablespoon agave nectar
as needed ice cubes
Add pineapple, avocado, lime juice, coconut milk and agave into a blender and puree on high speed until smooth.
*If a thinner smoothie is desired, add more coconut milk. If a thicker slushy consistency is desired, add more ice cubes or frozen pineapple to achieve the desired texture.
