Ingredients

Shake Base

6 oz (2 generous scoops) Dole Whip Pineapple

4 oz whole milk (or sub oat milk for a dairy-free build)

1 oz Dole Pineapple Juice

1 oz brown sugar-vanilla syrup (1 oz brown sugar simple syrup +2-3 drops vanilla)

2 tbsp Dole Chef-Ready Cuts Pineapple Cubes

"Upside-Down Cake" Elements

1 tbsp maraschino cherry syrup

1 pinch brown sugar

Optional boozy upgrade: 1 ½ oz spiced rum or vanilla vodka

Garnish

Whipped cream

1 maraschino cherry

Sprinkle of brown sugar or toasted coconut

Directions

  1. Add to blender Dole Whip, milk, pineapple juice, brown sugar-vanilla syrup, diced pineapple and alcochol (if desired). Blend on medium-high until smooth and thick (10-12 seconds).
  2. Drizzle cherry syrup around the inside of a chilled shake glass to mimic the "upside-down" effect.
  3. Pour shake intro the prepared glass.
  4. Top with whipped cream, cherry and a light dusting of brown sugar or toasted coconut.
