Ingredients
Peach Drizzle
1 cup Dole IQF Slices Peaches in Syrup 5+1, thawed (reserve slack)
¼-½ cup water
Crumble Topping
3 tbs melted butter
¼ cup flour
3 tbs sugar
Peach Cobbler Pizza
14” par-baked pizza crust
½ cup whipped cream cheese
1 cup mozzarella
1 cup Dole IQF Sliced Peaches, thawed (drain slack)
Whipped cream
¼ cup candied pecans
Directions
Peach Drizzle
- In a blender, blend thawed peaches (including slack) with ¼-½ cup water. You want a smooth, pourable consistency, but not too watery, so start with ¼ cup and add the rest if needed.
Crumble Topping
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Melt the butter, slightly, not all the way. It should still have some shape, but be easy to smash.
- Combine butter with the flour and sugar and mash with a fork until a crumble is achieved.
- Spread on a sprayed (or parchment lined) baking sheet and toast the crumble for 10-15 minutes, checking often as it may burn.
- Remove from heat, and let it air dry.
Peach Cobbler Pizza
- On a pizza crust spread the cream cheese and drizzle with peach mixture.
- Top with mozzarella and peach slices arranged in a circular pattern.
- Bake pizza at 450°F for 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
- When removed from oven, slice the pizza, and then drizzle with additional peach mixture.
- Put a dollop of whipped cream on each slice, then top with pecans and crumble topping.
