Ingredients

1 (16 inch) pizza crust, par-baked

½ cup BBQ Sauce/marina suace, 50/50 blend

1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese

½ cup red onion, small dice

4 oz pulled pork, pre-cooked

1 cup Dole Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Peaches, thawed

1 tbsp black and bleu spice blend

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 550°F.
  2. Spread BBQ/marinara sauce blend over crust and top with both cheeses, onion, peaches and pork. Make sure to distribute all ingredients evenly across base.

  3. Bake 7-8 minutes, until golden brown.
  4. Dust with seasoning and serve hot.
