1 (14-16 inch) thin pizza crust, par-baked
1 cup cream cheese, whipped smooth
2 tbsp limeade powder
1 ½ cups Dole IQF Red Tart Cherries, thawed and drained
¼ cup cinnamon graham cracker crumble
¼ cup dehydrated pineapple pieces, crushed
1 tbsp lime zest
Directions
- Preheat overn to 550°F.
- In a mixing bowl, fold the cream cheese and limeade powder together and spread evenly over the par-baked crust.
- Arrange the cherries evenly over the base and bake for 3-4 minutes.
- Top the pizza with the crushed Dole Good Crunch, graham cracker crumble and lime zest. Serve hot.
